If you are not satisfied with your original mattress after 30 days of use, contact Mattress Warehouse to begin the process for your one-time comfort You can test out your mattress for up to one year before deciding whether you want to keep your original selection or utilize the comfort exchange program. If you use the Comfort Guarantee program, you will receive a 100 percent credit of the original purchase price to be applied toward the current ticketed price of the replacement mattress. You will be responsible for any difference above and beyond the amount of your credit once you make your mattress exchange. Certain fees apply.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 24 hours with no penalty. If, after 24 hours from the time of your order, products have been shipped, but not yet arrived at your home, Mattress Warehouse reserves the right to assess both a 20 percent restocking fee and any freight charges that were incurred in shipping your order.

Great experience! I haven't slept well in 15 years because of hip pain and especially after getting my hip replaced 3 yrs ago. The staff helped us pick out a bed that would work for both my wife and I. 2 twin XL fully adjustable beds to keep the king bed size that we are used too with full foam mattresses with the cooling technology mattress cover (awesome!). Since then I have slept better over the past 6mos than I have in the past decade! Also, with the addition of a proper pillow - The Bed Gear pillows are amazing, now I can't sleep without the Thunder pillow!! All in all, competitive pricing as well! Thx for helping change my life back to normal by helping me sleep again!!!
We had a nice experience purchasing our mattresses. We purchased a Supreme Cloud w/up foundation for our son and a Supreme Cloud Breeze w/regular foundation for our bedroom. At delivery, they asked which room got the up foundation but did not ask about the differences in mattresses so we assumed they knew. My husband said he was a little hot sleeping so we researched. They had put the Supreme Cloud Breeze in our son's room. A little disappointed that they didn't recognize they had 2 difference mattresses and ask where they went. It was not easy switching those 2 mattresses!
We got a good price on the mattresses we purchased. We encountered a somewhat high pressure sales approach that included disparaging other mattress retailers. We paid for delivery & haul away; however, the staff that showed up did not haul away one of our mattresses stating it was too stained & it was left outside (on our covered porch). We were never told by the sales staff about this "stain" policy regarding haul away. He told us about how they recycle mattresses hauled away, but never about any stain rule; even after we explained why we were buying new mattresses in the first place. I called them the following day to voice my frustration. He apologized & stated he would remove the charge for hauling away one of the mattresses. When we got our bill, we saw that the charge had not been removed. The price for the mattresses was nice, but the sales tactics & the follow through with delivery/haul away (including neglecting to remove a charge from our bill) were reasons why they did not receive a higher rating.

Delivered the wrong product ( frame ), and as I understand it, manually adjusted it to fit? .Mattress slides on it.Salesman was quite helpful, but still, I am told the frame delivered, and adjusted was not the one we ordered.
Where to start ... we have been shopping at different locations for different types of mattresses for about a week. We worked with Johnathan (I don't know if that's the spelling, we don't have any documentation and I'll get to that). He was engaging, friendly, and not overly forceful, which was a nice change. The store was shorthanded, which happens, and he was doing a good job trying to move between clients to help them. He took some time to get us lined up to the mattress fit thing, which consisted of a three or four minute sales pitch via video while your pressure points were measured. First problem was with this. The process took several minutes even though basically the same system at Sleep Number can identify the points in under a minute. It's branded as something to help you do what you aren't supposed to know how to do (pick a mattress), but it's really a 4 minute captured delivery service for their infomercial. The machine kicked out a printed report of what mattresses should best suit my wife and me, and John was busy, so we started looking ourselves. He was finally able to break away and spent a little time with us, oddly crossing one out because he had a floor model in the wrong size for us. I didn't say I was shopping for floor models, but that's ok. We spent about another 15 minutes looking around while he assisted another client, coming back once to tell us he would wrap up that sale and then help us. We decided we would go get some lunch and come back, so walked out to the car. John literally ran out the door, snatched the sheet with recommendations on it and said, "I need that, we'll keep it on file here for you." I asked him why I couldn't keep it and he said it is proprietary and has "all of my mattresses on it." We were looking at Sealy and Serta mattresses ... what's proprietary in that? It just tells me they have something to hide and that interaction is one of the worst sales actions I have witnessed. It wasn't just the snatching a sheet from me with a BS interaction, he left his other customer at the transaction counter in the middle of making his purchase. Also, since he only has my first name, how is he going to keep that document "on file" for when I come back? I won't matter because I am taking my K somewhere else.
We have purchased several mattresses over our married life and the experience is usually akin to dealing with a used car salesman. Not this time. Our salesperson, Jonathan, asked several insightful questions and in short order had us looking at mattresses that fit our need. He did not try to oversell us. He explained the product and what warranties were included and set us up with a delivery date. We were in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes, We were called to confirm our delivery date and time and call again shortly before they arrived. The delivery men were great. They carried the mattress set up a long flight of stairs, set up the bed frame and mattress. They were courteous and quick. This was one of the nicest buying experiences we have had. mattress warehouse are a bunch of criminals!! Two adjustable bases delivered and both defective! Mattress Warehouse tells me itâs not their problem! And all sales are FINAL!! The Store Manager will hang up on you and customer service will also tell you itâs not their problem and to deal with the manufacturer directly!! I didnât buy from the manufacturer, I bought from Mattress Warehouse!! NEVER AGAIN!! You are better off lighting your money on fire before you give it to these crooks and this âbusinessâ!!! Save yourself a bunch of time and more importantly HASTLE and buy from some place else!! If I could give less stars, I would!!!!

These people are insane. They told me that their competitiors have bedbugs and that I should buy from them. Naturally, I bothered to check and found out that they are full of ****. Never buy from these people. If they blatantly lie about their competition and bother to bash them, then it speaks a lot about their character. Oh, and I found a cheaper price elsewhere.
Just recently purchases mattress & box springs - WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM THIS BUSINESS. During the sale process stated they would work with us if for any reason we wanted to make a change with our purchase. Two hours after delivery, we called to try to exchange 4 inch box springs for the 8 inch size and they were not consider making a change. Also, charged for old mattress pick up that delivery clerks forgot to remove. Would not recommend this company at all!! Thank you
