Do not buy from here upsold due to stock still could not deliver!! When there was an issue no fixes and nobody took respinsibilty . They also walked thru my brand new house with wet muddy boots !

Thank you Mattress Warehouse! While there are online options available, a mattress is not the purchase you want to order online and hope for the best. Here, my son was able to try many different beds and find the one he really liked. While it wasn’t in stock here in Ranson, we were able to pick it up in Frederick the same day. We were able to save a few bucks with price matching and Felix was great to work with.
We went in with our two kids to replace a mattress we had ordered online and tried for the past couple of months with no success. We used the Bed Match system which recommended mattresses for both my wife and I since we have different preferred sleeping positions. The staff was so helpful and was great with letting the boys run around and play while we laid a few different mattresses looking for the right one for us both. I would highly recommend the location if your in the market for a new mattress.

I just canceled my order from Mattress Warehouse due to their despicable (non) delivery service. I had arranged (and paid) to have two box springs and two frames delivered to my house. I was given a window of between 1:30 and 4:30. My wife and I are retired so we knew we would be home and we were. At 3:30, we received a voice mail (we don't answer our phone if it is an unrecognized number) that the delivery folks were at our address at 3:30 but no one was answering the door but would wait 15 minutes before they left. There was no one at our door, in our driveway or on our street. At 3:45 I called the delivery line and was told that the deliverers had not yet arrived at our house but were still on their way and would be arriving around 4:00. I mentioned the voice mail we had received that the deliverers were at our door but she had no explanation for it. At 4:30, when still no one had shown up, I called the delivery number once again and this time I was told that the deliverers could not find my address and had called us to try to get directions. We never received any such call. The person I spoke to said that the only recourse was to set up a new delivery date. No apology was offered. In fact, she stated that since the deliverers hadn't taken a picture of our house to prove they were there, it was our word against theirs. ?!? I told her that this was not acceptable. She then casually mentioned that our only other recourse was to call the store where we made the purchase and ask for a refund. No apology, no nothing. Although we had paid to have the deliverers remove the old box springs and set up the new ones, we went ahead and did it ourselves to make the process go a little smoother. Now we have two sets of mattresses with no frames and no box springs because Mattress Warehouse deliverers apparently couldn't get their stories straight about why they were not going to deliver our order when they were supposed to. That's about as unprofessional as it gets in my book.We canceled the order and won't be going back to MW.
My husband and I really needed a new bed, and when we came to this matress warehouse, our sales person, Douglas, was not only knowledgeable but extremely helpful in all aspects of getting us in or new bed. He sold me as soon as he said "I want to get you guys into a bed that's better for you and not downgrade just because of price." Now my father wants a new bed and I'll be sure to recomend him to not only this matress warehouse but to Douglas as well. Thank you so much! My husband and I are so very satisfied! Thanks Douglas!

Arrived on time, quick setup, and very courteous service. I would definitely purchase from them again.
Took the sleep test and was referred to second most expensive mattress in store. Choose a hybrid Sealy, was told it did not retain heat due to added gel and was plush model. Hottest night's sleep i've ever had and foam settles to create a dense feeling. Not comfortable after 20 minutes and gets boiling hot. ,300 down the drain, looks like i'll be paying the restocking fee to try an other bed.
Our salesman was great. Very nice and remembered us from purchase 4 years ago. We did not feel we should have to.pay as much as we did since this was a warranty claim. Did not like that the deliver person had cash attached to the clip board where I had to sign. Made me feel they were asking for a tip. When I saw this I did not tip.
Evan and Felix we’re extremely helpful and kind and made buying a mattress really easy and simple. We did have problems with the delivery team but Evan went above and beyond what he needed to do to help us and make sure any issues were corrected.
Felix made our mattress buying experience awesome and surprisingly painless. I had drug my Partner thru several furniture stores looking for something comfortable for him and that wouldn't make me feel like I needed a back replacement. My partner was beyond over the whole mattress search until I drug him into mattress warehouse. Felix was on top of it and not pushy at all, he really listened to our needs and had us matched up to a great mattress and out the door in record time! 10/10 would do again and recommend to anyone!
Friendly customer service and some good deals.
Felix was personable and knowledgeable. He and Norm greeted us as soon as we came in the store but did not push us to purchase and gave us their honest opinions on different products. Fleix listened to our needs for our new mattress and suggested 5 different beds. We found our mattress, mattress protector, & two pillows within 30 minutes. My husband and I would highly recommend not just this store but both Felix and Norm to anyone who is looking to replace their mattress or pillows.

After purchasing the mattress in early September, it was delivered but was not properly placed. I contacted the salesman, Felix Ramos, who made three appts with me to fix problem; he never showed. When I talked with Janie Hershberger she was prompt and cooperative and fixed the problem on her day off! 5 stars to Janie and no stars for Felix.
