If you use the Comfort Guarantee program, you will receive a 100 percent credit of the original purchase price to be applied toward the current ticketed price of the replacement mattress. You will be responsible for any difference above and beyond the amount of your credit once you make your mattress exchange. Certain fees apply.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 24 hours with no penalty. If, after 24 hours from the time of your order, products have been shipped, but not yet arrived at your home, Mattress Warehouse reserves the right to assess both a 20 percent restocking fee and any freight charges that were incurred in shipping your order.

I had a good experience until delivery time I was told if I bought a Tempurpedic that removal of old mattress was included well today I got my mattress and guess what conveniently it's not on the order to take my mattress. Guy from store told me he would call me back no call back until I called corporate then his solution was for me call my trash company or he could come get it in a week. What a JOKE. Take your business to different mattress company!

RE: Joshua Morrison, Executive of SalesI recently purchased a mattress and box spring for my mother. The delivery date was delayed (no big deal), so to compensate, I was given a bed pillow, which was greatly appreciated. Actually, an apology, which I humbly received, was all that was necessary. When the set arrived, it was too tall for my handicapped, 87-year-old mother; she was physically unable to climb into the bed. The delivery men then called the corporate office, and they immediately got back with me.Within minutes, the person who sold me the mattress, Joshua Morrison, called and said he would be bringing me a bed frame (at no cost) that would lower the height of the bed. He arrived . . . with the frame . . . within a half hour. After about an extremely frustrating couple of hours of struggling to get the frame to work, Joshua discovered that it was the wrong size for the mattress. So back he went to the store to get the right one. He returned the second time, and everything went well.This process, from beginning to end, took about half a day. What a mess.However, I want to say, that Joshua Morrison, the salesperson (and unofficial installer) was so patient and kind. There he was, in his dress clothes, doing everything to make things right. His time and actions were the epitome of great customer service.The manner in which the problem was solved was Number One. Between the customer service and the quality of the mattress set, I will certainly shop there again.

This is the third time we've gone to Mattress Warehouse Martinsburg to buy a mattress and have had another excellent experience. We needed a mattress for our guest bedroom. Felix, our sales representative, matched us with exactly what we needed, at a great price and didn't try to oversell us. It was easy and quite pleasant from start to finish. Mattress Warehouse Martinsburg has definitely earned our loyalty.

I've purchased two mattresses and box springs from this store on two separate occasions. The sales staff was very friendly, personable, and helpful both times! We don't have our own truck or a way to haul the mattresses ourselves so both times, we had the beds delivered. The way they handle delivery is at the time of purchase you can chose the date of delivery. Then the evening before your mattress is scheduled for delivery you receive an email with the timeframe of delivery. The day of I received a call in the morning to confirm the delivery time window and then about 15 minutes before delivery I received another call. Both deliveries were seamless and very prompt. The delivery guys were friendly and were done in no time at all. I would recommend this store.
After going to a few different stores to look around. I set out to by a new mattress and frame from here. My experience started out great and if a glitch did not happen with delivery then it would have stayed that way. What has upset me about the whole ordeal is not just the store but the company and how they handle problems when they arise. The lack of care for customer service was disappointing. When I ordered my new bed it was not informed to me that the vehicle delivering would be an 18 wheeler. If that was informed up front I would have known actually having the bed delivered directly would be difficult. Not knowing this I disposed of my old bed and awaited the few days for the delivery. On the day it is suppose to arrive I receive a call from the company stating due to power lines being down they can not deliver. When I called back I could not get an answer. I call the store and they said they will look into things for me but the warehouse for shipments is run by a bunch of Mexicans so who knows what is going on. I did not appreciate the comment nor did I think it was appropriate. An hour or so later I get a call back from the store stating that the power lines for my road are to low for the truck. Now I felt a bit distraught and asked what other options do I have. I do not have a truck to pick it up myself and I already disposed of my other bed. The store told me not much can be done. They do not have any other vehicles that can deliver the mattress and the frame and if I have it delivered to the store to bring it closer it would take another week. They said that they will see what can be done and to call them back that evening. I decided when I got off work that evening to just go to the store and discuss it. When I went into the store I talked to the same salesman that has been handling this. He said that they could not have the bed delivered and installed at my house. It is the drivers discretion on if they feel it is safe to drive down a road or not. I told him that I wished I was informed about how this would be delivered because the delivery and set up played a large part in my choice to buy. Then the comments started about how the place is ran by mexicans and how maybe if I payed the mexican drivers .00 they would carry it to my house, how it seems God does not want me to have the bed and other insulting and inappropriate comments. I left the store. That night I called the mattress warehouse customer service number told the gentleman everything that happen and he assured me someone will call me back before the managers leave that night. I never received the call, 30 minutes before the closing time I called back and spoke to other customer service reps and still no one who could actually help was available to speak with. The next day I still had not received a call from anyone. Called and spoke to someone who was in delivery at the Frederick MD stock warehouse. He apologized no one called back but again told me that they would have no way to bring the bed to me. What I had to do was pay more money to rent a truck, drive to Hagerstown MD to pick up a slip allowing to get the bed at the main warehouse and then drive to Frederick. When I got there no one was personable (also no one was Hispanic either). The interesting thing is that they also had smaller trucks in there loading docks. I got the bed and found help to get it set up. The bed is okay but I would enjoy it more if the events above did not happen. I know companies can make things right for customers if they care. Mattress Warehouse does not care. It shows in my bill where I was still charged a delivery fee even though they did not deliver it. They were aware of the situation of what was said at the store that was out of line but it seems my purchase was not high enough to warrant their attention.
