What if I don’t like my new mattress? What is Mattress Warehouse’s cancellation and return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your original mattress after 30 days of use, contact Mattress Warehouse to begin the process for your one-time comfort You can test out your mattress for up to one year before deciding whether you want to keep your original selection or utilize the comfort exchange program. If you use the Comfort Guarantee program, you will receive a 100 percent credit of the original purchase price to be applied toward the current ticketed price of the replacement mattress. You will be responsible for any difference above and beyond the amount of your credit once you make your mattress exchange. Certain fees apply.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 24 hours with no penalty. If, after 24 hours from the time of your order, products have been shipped, but not yet arrived at your home, Mattress Warehouse reserves the right to assess both a 20 percent restocking fee and any freight charges that were incurred in shipping your order.

Recently purchased a new mattress from Ryan at our local Mattress Warehouse. Unfortunately we found that I was having a reaction to a material in the mattress aftwr just a few hours. Ryan and his Supervisor graciously allowed me to pick another mattress and exchange at no charge!! He was very informative and patient; answering all our questions. Needless to say we didn't visit any other mattress store as our needs were fully met. They have a very large selection and very competitive prices. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area needing a new mattress. When you go just ask for Eran he was wonderful.He was able to diagnose our mattress needs in 3 minutes just as they advertise.
