Judy is great. She found the right bed and deal that worked for my fiance and me. We're so happy with our purchase and we're sleeping an extra 1 hour every night.
Everything was fine until I went back before the 30 days to exchange the new mattress for a bigger size. That's when they decided to inform me that although they would take the mattress back (which we had already slept on to try it out of course), the adjustable platform (on which lies the mattress, therefore no human contact or sign of use or misuse) was not returnable or refundable...salesperson and manager made sure to breeze over that part of the contract while insisting on other contract nuances.

They made some phone calls and kept saying they would “do the best they could do and probably would not get the replacement until the next day or two.” I did not accept that answer...many phone calls were made and eventually the manager got back to me and said they would deliver our mattress within the next few hours. They not only did that, but they also kept me posted by calling to tell us status updates on arrival within the 30-minute and 10-minute window. Thank you, Mattress Warehouse, for the excellent customer service! Did I mention we LOVE our mattress and are sleeping much better...? I came in 5 minutes before opening looking for a bed with limited time to pick it out and take it with me same day. They opened early for me, and were extremely helpful, fast and efficient! Himar gave me great information, and found exactly what I needed for a very good price in less than 30 minutes/ They also didnât have the the bed frame I needed, so they gave me another nicer one that they did have in stock for the same price. Would definitely purchase from this store again.
The salesperson, I believe it may have been Kumar, was is dishonest as could be. Knowing that we were undecided about whether to buy a plush or firm model, he fraudulently induced us to purchase a mattress by promising us that we could replace it for a 0 replacement fee within 90 days (assuming that we replaced it with a mattress of equal or lesser value) if we were not satisfied. When we advised him that we wanted to replace the plush mattress we purchased with a firm version the same model, he claimed that the price of doing so would be approximately 0, even though the two mattresses were the same model and were listed as being the same price. When I confronted him with that fact, he shamelessly claimed that he had given us a âdiscountedâ price on the mattress we purchased and would not apply the same price on the new mattress, despite his previous promise. To me, that is the definition of shameless predatory business practices, and I would advise anyone seeking to deal with a reputable and honest salesperson to avoid this store at all costs.
