We are just leaving the store after purchasing mattress, pillows and protectors. We dealt with Dorian and it was an excellent experience. No pressure, very informative and he listened to what we liked and needed. We lost our bedroom contents due to a recent tornado and needed to buy a new bed and felt a bit overwhelming. This was easy and exciting since it’s our first new bed in over 20 years.
Salesman had us from the door. Quickly came to assist us, had us do the bed test.. took his time to show us different beds that match our needs. Didnt feel rushed or pushed into buying.. are prices a little high? Maybe. But your buying something that "could" change the way you sleep and wake up which is a big deal in life.. time will tell. But definitely satisfied with service and even got a set of comfy pillows... thank you
A very good experience with the professional sales staff. No pressure to buy and gave me a really good deal. If I ever need another mattress I will skip shopping around and go directly here. I tried Mattress Firm but that salesman tried to pressure me into buying right away so I walked out and I also went to sleep number but they are too expensive. I definitely recommend going here. I made my purchase over labor day. Ask for Dorian.
We had been shopping around for a mattress, and Mattress Warehouse made the experience easy! We loved completing the Bed Match process and purchased a mattress that was right for us and within our budget. Dorian was extremely helpful but not pushy. No pressure sale. I went in checking about what type of mattress would be the very best for my son. I settled on a tempurpedic after several visits even laying on them to judge which would be best. Delivery was 0 and they carried everything carefully not to damage anything.

My shopping experience was excellent. I went in looking for a reasonable priced mattress for our guest room and I was pointed in the right direction. Delivery was fast and reliable. I really liked being able to track where the delivery team was so that I was not sitting at home just waiting for them. Delivery was quick and professional.

Purchasing experience was fine but their "comfort exchange" is a hoax. We were told we'd have about 4 months to exchange. They didn't mention the additional 0 you're required to pay in order to exchange...
Purchased two box springs from this company. Both break within days of purchase. Cheaply made and not worth the backaches later. Go elsewhere. They cannot assure you the box springs will hold up.
We had a great experience at this mattress store. I expected that picking out a new mattress would take all day, but we were in and out and off to lunch. Bob did a really nice job answering all of our questions and showing us around. We didn’t feel pressured or pushed into our decision. They have a really nice Bed Analysis tool that helps you narrow down which mattress is best for you and your partner. And believe it or not, it’s #1 pick for us wasn’t a k mattress!! I can’t wait to sleep on our new mattress. And if I don’t love it they offer an exchange program ! Can’t go wrong.
