If you are not satisfied with your original mattress after 30 days of use, contact Mattress Warehouse to begin the process for your one-time comfort You can test out your mattress for up to one year before deciding whether you want to keep your original selection or utilize the comfort exchange program. If you use the Comfort Guarantee program, you will receive a 100 percent credit of the original purchase price to be applied toward the current ticketed price of the replacement mattress. You will be responsible for any difference above and beyond the amount of your credit once you make your mattress exchange. Certain fees apply.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 24 hours with no penalty. If, after 24 hours from the time of your order, products have been shipped, but not yet arrived at your home, Mattress Warehouse reserves the right to assess both a 20 percent restocking fee and any freight charges that were incurred in shipping your order.

Dealt with John - very knowledgeable and helpful. First dealt with him on March 23 - asked me how much I wanted to spend and directed me to items in my price range - which as a single mom I very much appreciated not being bullied into spending more than I could afford. ON March 23 - . I put money down - and returned to the store on March 27 to finish paying for the bed - I was met by John and again he was very helpful. Told me that I should buy a good mattress cover (which I did in store)... Thankful for his help and his professionalism...

Picked out a mattress, box spring, and frame and had it delivered next day. Cool right? While paying for my stuff, I paid 5 in cash. The rest to my bank card. This dude charged my bank card including what I already gave him in cash. Checked my bank and noticed he over charged my bank card. He noticed I was checking my phone and says “oh I’m sorry I charged the full amount, is that your phone sending you alerts from your bank?” “I’ll void this full charge and put it through as the correct amount.” Few days go by, I still didn’t get the void back in to my account. But I did get the correct amount taken out as well. This causing my bank account to receive an overdraft. ,121.90 taken out of my bank. Awesome. Mattress and everything cost 0.92.

Sold me a ,500+ mattress. Delivered it and it feels nothing like the mattress on display. I tried it and woke up 10+ times throughout the night. I told them that it must be defective for it to feel that much different than in the store. They told me that I could not exchange it until after 30 days and that I would get no credit difference (wasn't asking for cash--just credit)if the new one I got after the 30-days was less expensive. So if I got a ,500 mattress, they would just keep the ,000 difference. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER!!!!
