Ben was wonderful and provided more help than I have ever received in a mattress store in the past. He did a custom mattress test where you lie down on a special mattress with sensors to identify what type is good for you. After the test my wife and I selected four recommended mattresses to try out and we ended up choosing the Sealy Hybrid Posturepedic. It was a bit more than we wanted to spend but after sleeping on it for a few weeks now, I will never go back to another mattress. It's great for back and side sleepers and it cushions and supports all the pressure points just right. Great customer service, wonderful interest-free financing, and excellent delivery. Very satisfied with my experience!
My boyfriend and i purchased our new bed from Ben at Mattress Warehouse about a month ago! Honestly, it turned out to be the best experience. Ben was super thorough in going over all the bed options and making sure we were going to walk out with the right one. He had answers to all of our questions and was really very kind/personable.
