Came in today and was given the great opportunity to use the sleep machine which helped me and my husband pick out the right mattress for us, which was not the style we had in mind but once we tried out a few mattress we soon realized which one would give both of us the best nights sleep. This is the Best Place to get a Mattress, with their Mattress Diagnostics Machine. It was accurate and very helpful in determining what Mattress we needed as a couple. Rather than picking out own Mattress it took the guessing and laying out on hundreds of Mattresses of the way.

Our experience was great. We were asked questions about our preferences. Roy was very knowledgeable. Alot of mattresses to choose from. We were able to try different mattresses and finally picked out what we liked. We were able to get a 00 mattress for around 00.
Found a mattress and set up delivery... wasted a whole Saturday for no delivery.
Never really noticed this store but the new sign made us notice it so we went in! Great customer service! A really cool techy thing where you laid down and they did some analysis and printed out recommendations. It was dead on! Then ... they made us a great deal! The mattress set was even in stock! Highly recommend this store!
First of all I’d like to say I rated them a 5 because of the manager his name is Nick. I bought a new mattress about three years ago and it messed up for the second time and when I called the customer service number I was given when the warranty department told me they weren’t going to warranty it because It was a manufacturer warranty and would have to call them. We’ll I had no luck with them so I called Nick and he said let him make some calls and he got back in touch with me and told me they would discount my new mattress for the amount of my old one. Nick went way up and over what he had to do to help me and to fix the problem. This is what a Great Manager does to make his customers Happy. Thank You Nick for everything you did to help me. Mattress Warehouse you really need to make sure you do everything you can to make sure you never lose Nick he really should be training people how to take care of there customer like he does. We went to eight different stores looking for a mattress before finally finding one here. Mel was so helpful, and patient with my husband and I while we had a wild toddler with us. The recommended beds were pretty spot-on for comfort, and Mel was so knowledgeable that we were able to find the perfect bed for us. I highly recommend going here!

I went in looking for the best deal possible. Did not appreciate the attitude of the salesperson, but I continued to browse. Decided not to buy because I was really irritated with the whole thing. Went right down the street and got better service, a much lower price, and a much better attitude.

My wife and and I decided to go to Mattress Warehouse to see if we could be convinced out of buying an online mattress and get a premium mattress. The customer service in the Fayetteville, NC location was great. They did everything they needed to do to answer our questions and find us a great bed for us. We ended up selecting the Serta iComfort Hybrid King size for approx. 00 dollars. they told us that there were two in stock and that we should get the delivery the following Tuesday. After waiting ten days, on the day of delivery around 7 am we received a call from the delivery warehouse stating that our bed scheduled for delivery on that day was not in stock and that they had no further information for us and that we would need to contact the local store to pick another mattress or get more information on the bed selected (paid for 10 days prior to). So keeping our hopes up with this company and staying positive and patient we called the local store and after speaking to the sales person who helped us we were able to pick a comparable premium mattress for the same price we paid for on the Serta. The bed we decided on was the Sterns and Foster Hybrid King size, so we scheduled for another Tuesday delivery, (another day that we had to take off of work and not get paid), the day of delivery ended up being earlier on a Saturday so we were happy because we wouldn't have to take another day off of work. When they brought the bed in they took the protective cover off and one of the delivery men grabbed the top of the white mattress with their grimy, dirty gloves and put a fist size black, dirt, grime stain on our new 00 mattress. A picture was taken of the bed and they left, we didn't realize the stain until we went to put the mattress protective cover on and after they were gone, so we called the customer service line to address the issue, they told us that they could send us a letter stating that the stain was not done by us so it wouldn't void our 10 year warranty. Well we didn't feel very comfortable with paying that much for a mattress and having it stained the first day with no fault of our own. So another delivery was scheduled for the Tuesday that we had setup to begin with, ended up still having to take a day off of work and miss pay. On Tuesday June 20th we had the 3rd delivery attempt of our mattress, we were almost certain that we would finally get our mattress matters corrected. Third times a charm right? ....guess again on the day of delivery the mattress plastic cover apparently ripped in delivery got wet by the rain in the truck got taped up and by the time it made it to us already had discoloration on the bottom of the mattress. The driver/delivery man said he wanted to be honest and tell me what happened and wanted to know if I would accept the mattress under those conditions....I simply said, I paid 00 for a new mattress, I would like to receive a new mattress. He called the warehouse and scheduled another delivery for next Tuesday, and stated on the phone to the person he was speaking to "Can you please make sure they don't get sent out the same mattress again". So here we sit three weeks and 00 later waiting on a mattress we originally didn't choose, but had to settle with. A king size mattress with a stain on it hoping that our next delivery is in order and we can finally put this whole local store premium mattress nightmare behind us. Thinking how the online mattress experience would have been...To be continued...
I was very pleasantly pleased . This company will work with you to get a bed in your price range. Especially one that you want and comfort zone wether it's soft or hard mattress .What ever your preference. The Manager she made my experience very inviting and helpful. No one likes a pushy associate. Especially when are shopping around for a big purchase your going to have for a long time. The Manager I was happy she was very patient very willing to work with me in choosing my Matress and base. I decided to purchase. In my price range. I always dealed with her very time I went. One day she wasn't there the other sales associate was very nice and friendly as well. I left message the next day she called to follow up. I like to continue business with the same person .I felt like she cared not just a # or just a sale of a mattress So If you're looking for great customer service and great bed .I would highly recommend this location. MW, a looser from the get go! .00 to pick up old mattress. Other stores “Free pick up.” You buy your mattress at MW, Skibo Rd. Fayetteville, it’s delivered by truck from Raleigh by three non-professionals. If you have a problem with MW, be advised, it’s headquarters in Maryland. You Got It? And if they see your old mattress delivery Date is 1984, the will assume that it had bugs and refuse to pick up your old mattress and will only drop your new mattress on the driveway. They would not enter your house. Professional company? Tom Twomey, (87 young) My son purchased the mattress for my wife and I. Recovering the mattress, box spring, frame and head board from the driveway. Professional Company - I don't think so!
My experience with MW is not over yet. There was an issue with my mattress and trying to work it out at the store was not positive. The biggest issue is clear communication. If I had known terms and conditions up front a lot of the negative experience could have been avoided. The issue is a personal problem at the store only. Mattress Warehouse has been absolutely wonderful in resolving the issue from cooperate headquarters. Had the sales person been honest and forthright we could have handled it at the store. I would rate the store a negative star but Cooperate 5 stars.

The people who work here are nice and super friendly. We all laughed and had a great time while picking out beds for our son and yourself. They have this really cool bed you lay on that tells you how you sleep and which bed will be the best for you. Took like 3 mins and it was nice to know what will be the best for this old couple. They listen to what we needed and even helped us with discounts to get an even better bed then we was going to get. I would recommend them to everyone.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! You will not get the same mattress as what you purchased and there is no returns.

MILITARY AND CIVILANS BEWARE! I had ordered a mattress from the store manager who is completely unprofessional and incompetent. We spent my hard earned money here only to be told that the mattress was not in stock the night before it was to be delivered. I asked for a full refund because I wasn't to go so where that had what I needed. Shawnna (the manager) was not understand and only cared about losing her commission. She said she was "not going to argue with me" after I had asked for the corporate number due to her lack of communication and willingness to assist me. She then hung up on me. (I tried to be extremely patient with her and understanding). I was actually pretty calm given the way I was spoken to. THIS IS NOT THE WAY A COMPANY SHOULD TREAT MILITARY PERSONNEL AND THEIR FAMILIES. Please go elsewhere. We just wanted a good mattress after he has just come home last week from deployment. This place is a joke.
