What if I don’t like my new mattress? What is Mattress Warehouse’s cancellation and return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your original mattress after 30 days of use, contact Mattress Warehouse to begin the process for your one-time comfort You can test out your mattress for up to one year before deciding whether you want to keep your original selection or utilize the comfort exchange program. If you use the Comfort Guarantee program, you will receive a 100 percent credit of the original purchase price to be applied toward the current ticketed price of the replacement mattress. You will be responsible for any difference above and beyond the amount of your credit once you make your mattress exchange. Certain fees apply.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 24 hours with no penalty. If, after 24 hours from the time of your order, products have been shipped, but not yet arrived at your home, Mattress Warehouse reserves the right to assess both a 20 percent restocking fee and any freight charges that were incurred in shipping your order.

The store says its open. The phone just rings and rings and i cant get ahold of anyone. Theres no direction on the store as to whether they’re closed temporarily or not. Dont waste your time here i guess
This place is awesome! We were well serviced from the moment that we walked into the door. We were not pressured at all to make a purchase in fact the young gentleman (Tumaz) gave us plenty of space to make the choice that we wanted. I would definitely recommend purchasing from here.

We purchased a king size set last month and after the 30 day trial we weren't satisfied so we went in to exchange only to find out that mostly everything we were told upon purchasing were lies. Customer Service is a joke and so is upper management. I took off work expecting a delivery that Amber said would be delivered and the delivery never arrived and no one had the common courtesy to contact us. Once they have your money your issues aren't important. I have been waiting three days for a return phone call from Mr Corona, I called someone else in upper management after realizing he wasn't returning my call & he basically brushed me off and was really unconcerned. I WISH I COULD JUST GET A FULL REFUND. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. I've requested a survey twice from AMBER that I have yet to receive, I have given her my email on two separate occasions.
Was able to get a Nectar bed and super excited to have the option to try it out first!

Great service and good deal!!! My husband & I just moved to the area and were looking for guest room mattresses quickly because we have family coming next month for the 4th of July. I always have too high of an expectation with shopping when it comes to price, quality, and customer service. I feel that if I’m spending my hard earned money, I have a right to, but oftentimes here in NC I feel I have to settle b/c of lack of options. This place met all my expectations... so far. I’m waiting on my mattress and will see how it pans out when I get it. As for now, I can confidently say customer service was great & the price for a quality brand was very good.
I visited mattress warehouse of Charlotte today after going to Mattress firm and had a very pleasant experience with Rich. They offer a nice selection with great prices. The recommended mattresses were affordable and were exactly what i was looking for. Thanks to Rich I walked away with a new mattress. If you're in the area definitely check them out you won't be disappointed.
This is the best place to get a great mattress for a great price. Ezra was knowledgeable and very sweet and helpful. Steve also was a pleasure and assisted me with more then I even expected. Keep up the great work!!!

This store just opened and the people who work here are amazing and they know what they are doing.
Never knew purchasing a mattress could be enjoyable. Staff was great and spent time explaining everything. Computerized pressure analysis told exactly which ones were "right" for our use and they were spot on. (They had a huge selection and many brands). Will go back next time we need one.
Had a great experience today with Brenden. No pressure. Very informative. We used the Bed Match system and selected a mid level mattress based off of the recomendations. I would definitely referr anyone I know to go check Brenden out.

I admit I was disappointed when this store opened in our area. However wanting to support local businesses I stopped in today. Brandon was excellent educating me on the adjustable bedding. I am very impressed with the store. Brandon has excellent customer service and I am planning a trip back on Saturday.
