We like our new bed a Tempur-pedic. Sorry to say the process at this location was not the best. They should tell you "if your old mattress has any stains you will have to dispose of it yourself" Dont put this on the delivery team. I told them the salesman at the store said they will take away your old box springs and mattress. He gives us a receipt stating this. So i said sorry I dont want new if you cant take the old one. Now they bring the new one back out to the truck and in the process they break a lamp. Delivery guys are very sorry and pay for the lamp, then say ok we will get take the old mattress away. Yeah for real, so i would say find one you like and just click it online it has to be better then this.

Our sale consultant Terrance at the Apex beaver creek commons location was very awesome jumping on the phone and asking his manager anytime we needed to talk to a higher up for approvals. the whole experience was very "memorable" just like the mattress we got and it was our best mattress yet since we started using mattress. Thank you and Bless you for the support and than Terrance (I hope I got the name right) Very polite, courteous, and a great sense of humor.

Great service by Antonia at the Apex, NC store. Unfortunately we needed to change the mattress since the handles ripped-off when moving it. Also the bases were ripped of when arrived the 1st time.

Amazing, Antonia was very nice and they didn't pressure me into buying a more expensive mattress. The purchase was fast and very efficient, only spent about 15 minutes.

The lady who sold us the mattress, Christine, was fantastic. Not pushy, got us what we wanted, etc. it went down hill when it came time for delivery. Bought on Sunday, delivery was supposed to be Tuesday. Due to weather they had to reschedule for Wednesday, which was fine. Wednesday morning I got an automated call saying they would be here between 11:30 and 2:30. At 2:30 I called Christine to check on it and she said they were running behind and the new delivery time would be between 2:45 and 3:05. At 3:15 I called again and she again got on the phone with either the warehouse or corporate trying to figure out what was going on. At 4:30 I was told they would be here in 10 minutes but when I said that I had to leave by 5, they could not guarantee that they would be here by 5. They arrived at 5:45 after I had left and I could not come back. Thursday morning I woke up to an email saying they would be here between 12 and 3. Around 9:30 I got a call saying no, they would be here between 2 and 5. At 4 they said they'd be here in 10 mins. They finally arrived at 4:30. Worst delivery service in the history of delivery service!!!! Again, Christine was great, you all should rethink who delivers your mattresses. There's NO way to communicate and PLEASE don't keep calling customers and saying you'll be there in 10 mins. We don't like being strung along!!

I purchased a futon matteras on Saturday and was told it would be in the following Friday. We did not receive a call, but stopped by to pick it up. Upon our arrival we were told it wasn't in and would definitely be in the following Friday on their truck. Again, Friday came and we did not hear from the store. We stopped by on Saturday morning and was told the manger that she pushed the delivery out another week. She did not have the authority to do this especially without speaking to us first. We immediately requested a refund. I requested a copy of the receipt and was told that would not be possible. I requested to take a photo of the screen and was allowed to do that. It does state on the receipt it can take up to tow (2) weeks for their corporate office to process a refund. I find this a little odd, especially since there is a Matteras Warehouse on just about every corner.......Will not go back there again. Customer Service and communication are key.

BUYER BEWARE!! This places uses the "Bait and Switch" I went to view an advertised mattress and I was told that it was not availabe in any of the 7 Wake County stores. They wanted to sell me a "comparable" lower quality mattress at the price advertised for the name brand set! When I pointed out the advertised mattress on the showroom floor, I was told that it was a different model even though it was labeled exactly the way the ad described! I was told it could be purchased online, but when I checked, it was 0 dollars more. They never intended to sell that mattress at that price, that ad was devised to bring people into the store in hopes of selling them a lesser mattress for the same price.
