If you use the Comfort Guarantee program, you will receive a 100 percent credit of the original purchase price to be applied toward the current ticketed price of the replacement mattress. You will be responsible for any difference above and beyond the amount of your credit once you make your mattress exchange. Certain fees apply.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 24 hours with no penalty. If, after 24 hours from the time of your order, products have been shipped, but not yet arrived at your home, Mattress Warehouse reserves the right to assess both a 20 percent restocking fee and any freight charges that were incurred in shipping your order.

Faiz helped me - above and beyond! It was good thing we come into this store. Because we have been to several stores looking for our primary mattress and we are getting exhausted. Faiz was very helpful and knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy like other salesperson. He listened to us and was able to find exactly what we needed. We ended up buying the mattress. My experience with this particular Mattress Warehouse is appalling. I went to the store yesterday after shopping around for mattresses. I was in need of 5 mattress sets. I had a great offer from another establishment but I decided to stop by this store since it is conveniently located less than 1 mile from my residence before i finalize the other. The salesperson was pleasant and very helpful, Ahmed. I ordered all the 5 mattresses to be delivered today with 2 different delivery addresses under one order. I had 2 twin sets and 2 queen sets to be delivered to my sister in Germantown and a king set with the frame to be delivered to mine. This morning, preparing for my delivery, I woke up early, steam cleaned my carpet, removed my old set of queen mattress. My room is ready for the new king set. At about 11:42 AM Ahmed called me to let me know he received an email that the king set I had originally ordered was back ordered and was not available. He offered me another set they have in their inventory without the pillow top. I told him I want the pillow top per my original order as I relayed to him my concern; if they fail to deliver today, I will have to sleep with my co-sleeping 1 year old toddler on the floor. He said he will reach out to his district manager and get back to me. At 2 PM, I called the store back, another sales person picked up the phone. I had to explain the whole situation. He told me he will try to reach out to his district manager and promised to reach back to me by 5 PM. I relayed to him my concern how it is getting too late and I'm afraid I will not get my mattress on time. I asked if I can try to reach out to his district manager. He gave me the customer service number. After our conversation, I immediately reached out to the customer service and requested to be connected to the district manager. They transferred me to the district manager voice mail, so I left a message. I called the store back at 5 PM and spoke to the same sales person, he told me he was with a customer and he will call me when he's done. At 5:53 PM I tried to reach out to the customer service, but by then they are already done for the day. I had to call the store again and ended up coming to the store in person. The sales person was the only one there. I was extremely upset by then. He told me he has been trying to reach his district manager and he has not gotten back to him. I asked him to try to reach out to him again. When he did, the district manager picked up his phone. Non-chalantly, the district manager asked the sales person to give me the option to "upgrade" my order to the pillow top king set they have in inventory which happen to be less expensive and lower quality than what my original choice. His response just made me even angrier. I asked for his number and called the district manager with my own private number. I tried to reason with him. I was hoping since he is the "district manager" he will have a better customer service approach than a mere sales person. To my shock, he was worse. He told me he was on his day off, I was disrupting his day off. I shouldn't bother him, I should be happy he even picked up my call. I asked for another person to talk to since I am bothering him on his day off, he said to call John, his supervisor at the Customer Service. At the time, the customer service department has already closed. My interaction with him was very unpleasant with no resolution. If anything, he had made me even more unhappy. One of his witty remarks was "Even the owner of the company can't deliver you the mattress today". Good to know. His resolution was to either take the "upgrade" option by tomorrow or have my order refunded, though they refused to refund the whole order, only for my king set. As I am writing this review staring at my son sleeping at the floor covered in our comforter, here are my advice for future customers:Don't waste your time, energy and money on Mattress Warehouse. Nowadays, you can get mattresses from many other reputable sources. Walk away from them, heck, run.

I had a very positive experience here. Yousef helped me a lot in finding the right set of mattresses that I needed, and sorting out for me some pressing practicalities. It helps so much to find someone that knows what he is talking about and that is so capable of finding the right solution for the customer. In the end that was one of the main reason why I decided to purchase here rather than in the other places I had seen: Yousef found the exact group of mattresses that tailors the needs of my family and managed to sort out all obstacles. Really outstanding service.
We shopped around for mattresses but ended up at the Mattress Warehouse of Rockville because we were so impressed with their honest, no pressure customer service. The staff at this location (Ahmed, I believe) helped us determine a bed that fit our physical and financial needs in a way that was pleasant and enjoyable. We will definitely come back again in the future when the need for another mattress arises.

So I donât really leave reviews on anything but. I have to let others know about my experience at Mattress warehouse. It was my first time going to mattress warehouse, and I had a great experience. I believe his name was Carlos. He was the one who helped us. He gave us great recommendations.He gave us a great discount on the mattress and the shipping. I would 100% recommended coming to Mattress warehouse.
If I was rating the sales team this would be a 5, and the mattress was delivered on time, but during delivery the guys moving it scratched out entire walkway and driveway because they didnât actually pick up the frame. Itâs a very obvious scratch and should have been entirely avoidable. Weâre just hoping it wears down with use of the walkway - highly disappointed though that there was no acknowledgment or apology for it.
Both Faiz and Shakaib were great! They understood immediately what we were looking for and helped us navigate all the different types of mattresses until we found the perfect one for us! And they tried very hard to get us the best deal they could. My husband and I had a great experience at MW of Rockville, we would definitely recommend this store to family and friends!
