If you use the Comfort Guarantee program, you will receive a 100 percent credit of the original purchase price to be applied toward the current ticketed price of the replacement mattress. You will be responsible for any difference above and beyond the amount of your credit once you make your mattress exchange. Certain fees apply.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 24 hours with no penalty. If, after 24 hours from the time of your order, products have been shipped, but not yet arrived at your home, Mattress Warehouse reserves the right to assess both a 20 percent restocking fee and any freight charges that were incurred in shipping your order.

There was an older gentlemen in the store to hlep me like 90yrs old he was so very helpful. I went to the Sleep number store and did not get the courtesy and well demo that I got from the gentleman. When you spend 4000. you like to know it all. Well done Sir!

I got a really good deal on a mattress and box spring! The gentleman that helped me was so friendly and he was ready to help put the items in my van. He made the experience fast and easy with great prices.
We had to replace the mattress that we had just ordered a couple of weeks earlier, but Mattress Warehouse was very good working with and the whole process went much better than we had feared. No complaints.
Robert the sales person was very nice to us and gave 100% great customer service! But on my delivery which was on time as well like Robert express, the New mattress had a hole in which I very highly doubt was the deliveryman fault. It looked like a issue from the wearhouse, I called corporate and they said if I keep the mattress they will give me off with an extended warranty??? I said it had a hole in it!!! no telling what’s living in their I wouldn’t want “it” living or sleeping with me

The customer service we received in the store from Robert was impeccable! Iâm only giving 3 stars because when my mattress was delivered there was a tear underneath. The delivery guys called the manager who told me I could get off if I kept it. I told her that I paid for a brand new mattress without any tears in it and thatâs what I wanted. It was Sat. and she told me I would have to wait until Monday to have a new one delivered. I said fine...Iâll wait. I called Monday after not hearing from them in regards to a delivery time and was told that it hadnât been processed. They processed it and it was delivered Tuesday. I was upset that I moved into my new house and didnât have my mattress to sleep on for 3 days....not good! If I hadnât had issues with the delivery, Robert wouldâve gotten 5 stars.

We purchased a Davenport bed king size , thee worst RIP OFF I've ever spent ,000.00 + CASH ON ! Less than 90 days old & still rock hard & the mattress in the middle has never settled yet & at this point at less than 90 days old , STAY AWAY FROM THIS DECEIVING COMPANY & the CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS THAT THEY VIOLATED ! Ps I'd give NO âï¸'S if I could , run around from corporate
