What if I don’t like my new mattress? What is Mattress Warehouse’s cancellation and return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your original mattress after 30 days of use, contact Mattress Warehouse to begin the process for your one-time comfort You can test out your mattress for up to one year before deciding whether you want to keep your original selection or utilize the comfort exchange program. If you use the Comfort Guarantee program, you will receive a 100 percent credit of the original purchase price to be applied toward the current ticketed price of the replacement mattress. You will be responsible for any difference above and beyond the amount of your credit once you make your mattress exchange. Certain fees apply.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 24 hours with no penalty. If, after 24 hours from the time of your order, products have been shipped, but not yet arrived at your home, Mattress Warehouse reserves the right to assess both a 20 percent restocking fee and any freight charges that were incurred in shipping your order.

Sitting outside the store from 730 on. No one is answering the phone. I see no one inside the store. This kind of foolishness is starting to really make me angry. I have experienced it with many stores in my area. If you are closed put up your closed sign turn off your outside lights. It’s just discourteous.
Do not, for one second, consider purchasing the Bedgear Ver-Tex 6.0 Cooling Mattress Protector. They’ll tell you it’s their best selling product and they might be right but that’s only because you can’t return it. For 0 per protector, you’d think that it would do what it proclaims - keep you cool. It doesn’t. It’s garbage. It traps the heat and the sheets slide off. When you call, they’ll tell you that the fine print says it’s non-refundable but you do get a pretty decent shoulder shrug as condolence for dropping money on a pile of trash. So there’s that.Update: Still haven’t heard back from Mattress Warehouse after sending them the email they requested three days ago.

Hello mattress shoppers! I decided after 17 years I was definitely in the market for a new mattress. I saw a commercial on TV that showed the adjustable bed. Hmmm. So, I knew there was a mattress store in North East as I live in the neighborhood and do prefer to shop locally. After work yesterday I stopped in and met the floor salesperson, Barry. He was very personable and was able to answer my questions. He was full of information and I did do the computer program they offer to help identify and suggest mattresses that you might be interested in trying out. There's a lot of mattresses in the store. Not overwhelming choices, but sufficient amount of choices. I pretty well knew what I wanted, the quality that I wanted and yet knew my budget as well. We worked together until we came to an agreement and I was able to get the mattress and power unit set. They're currently offering 0% financing so why put it on a credit card or take money out of the bank. They're delivering on a Saturday, with a 3 hour window and a call the day ahead with notice. Bought it Wednesday night and will have it on Saturday. Doesn't get any better! Thank you Barry and Mattress Warehouse.
Went in store looking for a queen bed. We were greeted by Saidah a very nice young lady. Great personality! She found the right bed for us. We were able to take it home the same day. We came into the store a while back and Barry was amazing, which because of this we went back instead of ordering online somewhere else. We were just browsing and ended up working with Barry and purchasing 2 new beds. He was amazing, kind, and knowledgeable. Definitely worked with us to find what best fit what we needed. He reviewed all prices thoroughly and helped find discounts if possible. Barry deserves a raise! Absolutely amazing.
Came here a while back and was borderline harassed. I came in looking to simply browse mattresses, but instead was questioned over and over again by staff who were obviously trying to meet sales quotas with no regard for the customer's experience. Very unpleasant experience.

Spent the majority of my visit listening to the sales associate pitch rather than actually trying to find a mattress. Spent almost an hour in the store and only tried two mattress despite attempts telling the sales associate we would like to look at more options. Sales associate was extremely pushy and kept trying to insist to put a payment down on the first mattress (out of two) that we saw, once again despite telling him our wishes to see more. He insisted on showing us the models he believed were “in our price range” (which we did not have a price range), which I believe he thought I could not afford pricer options because I’m younger. Was extremely disappointed as we were ready to buy, definitely will not be returning.
If your going there hoping to take home a mattress that day, your in for a let down unless you settle for the cheap generic spring mattress. The sales guy was nice and can't control inventory so three it is
Went in to look at some futon mattresses. Told the salesman (don’t know his name because he never introduced himself) that we were just looking. His manner was extremely offputting. Just kept trying to push to get us to buy something even though we said several times that we’re researching mattresses still. This was the first place we’d gone to look in person. The rest of our research had been online at that point. From the way he kept trying to push and ask questions, it seemed like he thought we couldn’t afford to buy a 0 futon mattress. Nothing could be further from the truth. We just were not going to purchase the first thing we saw. When he realized he wasn’t going to make a sale, he just turned and walked off to his desk. Most salespeople would thank us for coming in and ask us to keep them in mind, etc. Not this guy. I think he did choke out a goodbye but that was about it. I disliked his pushy sales tactic and his dismissal of us. Even if I were inclined to purchase that mattress, I WILL NOT purchase from Mattress Warehouse now. I will gladly take my business elsewhere just because of his attitude.
