If you use the Comfort Guarantee program, you will receive a 100 percent credit of the original purchase price to be applied toward the current ticketed price of the replacement mattress. You will be responsible for any difference above and beyond the amount of your credit once you make your mattress exchange. Certain fees apply.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 24 hours with no penalty. We bought their recommended full-size mattress for our 2-yr old. Every time my wife slept on the bed with my son, she had back pains. My son did not sleep well for months. When we told Mattress Warehouse, they said there was nothing they could do. We discovered that Mattress Discounters had an exchange policy, but Mattress Warehouse did not. We ended up having to get rid of the mattress and buy a new one at Mattress Discounters (which ended up being better and less expensive). Long story short, we highly recommend skipping Mattress Warehouse and going to Mattress Discounters - they may look and sound the same, but the quality and service are worlds apart.

My wife & I bought our first mattress from them in 2010, were happy with the mattress so went back after 6 years to buy new mattress our daughter's room. The store in Gaithersburg MD sold me Kingsdown Valencia Anniversary King Size Mattress in November 2016. Within 2 weeks the mattress started sagging/sinking and leaving body impression. Contacted Mattress Warehouse warranty and they sent a 3rd party independent inspector to our home to inspect the mattress and he confirmed mattress was defective. Mattress Warehouse then emailed me a letter indicating we are eligible for replacement, but there is a BIG CATCH. The mattress that they sold us is discontinued and no longer is manufactured so we have to get another manufacturer/model replacement, but we have to pay the full retail price which twice more than what we actually paid for my mattress. So they are expecting us to pay twice to replace a mattress because the manufacturer Kingsdown manufactured and Mattress Warehouse sold me a defective mattress. Mattress Warehouse's Warranty Dept tells us it's their company policy and cannot be overridden. So is their company policy to steal from Honest Hard Working families by selling discontinued & defective mattress and then charging them again to replace it. We are stuck with a defective mattress and lost all the money we paid for it. We trusted them and hence returned to get a new mattress, but we were wrong to trust them. I wish no other family falls for this fraud/scam. Please be careful when shopping here.

My wife and I were looking into buying a new mattress and walked in and we were greeted by Darick. He asked us a couple questions and took us over to a bed match machine to lay down and let the mattress detect our pressure points and recommend about 5 different mattresses. We tried each one as Darick gave us a few details about each mattress but not hovering over us like many other salesman in the past. He was very thorough explaining everything and was not pushing any one mattress. He really knows everything about all the different products they carry. We made our decision and Darick was able to give us a great deal along with free financing.

Shopping for a mattress to sometimes be uncomfortable because your not sure if you're going to get a good deal. I walked into the mattress warehouse in Gaithersburg and was greeted by a friendly helpful guy named Mitch. I told him I needed a bed because I couldn't sleep well, so he put me on a machine called Bed Match and it recommended beds for me. It came up with a bed that I loved right away and I bought it. He did show me other beds but the one I tried first was the best. I think the whole process took less then 20 mins and Mitch was extremely helpful and also very relaxed and did not pressure me at all to buy. Came into the store pretty set on price and goal. As I entered, Rose approached from the rear of the store. I said "Just looking for a mattress not a whole bed". She paused right around the higher priced beds which were closest to the entrance. I said I really wanted to cap my cost at about 0. Without hesitation or hassle, she waved me towards the back to mattresses that fit in my budget. She showed me a few, but the one I liked best was the Wentworth, just above my budget. Mitch spoke up and looked online a bit at his desk, and said we can do it for 0. Awesome. I wanted to take it that evening, but they didn't have one in stock. Mitch called around, and - voila - one in Rockville. No extra cost. I paid, headed to Rockville with the pick-up slip. Within 5 minutes it was loaded on my car and I was done. 5 Star service. Highly recommended.
