What if I don’t like my new mattress? What is Mattress Warehouse’s cancellation and return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your original mattress after 30 days of use, contact Mattress Warehouse to begin the process for your one-time comfort You can test out your mattress for up to one year before deciding whether you want to keep your original selection or utilize the comfort exchange program. If you use the Comfort Guarantee program, you will receive a 100 percent credit of the original purchase price to be applied toward the current ticketed price of the replacement mattress. You will be responsible for any difference above and beyond the amount of your credit once you make your mattress exchange. Certain fees apply.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 24 hours with no penalty. If, after 24 hours from the time of your order, products have been shipped, but not yet arrived at your home, Mattress Warehouse reserves the right to assess both a 20 percent restocking fee and any freight charges that were incurred in shipping your order.

Willie our sales person was great. He was not pushy at all, unlike our earlier experience at Mattress Firm. He showed us what types of mattresses we were looking for, didn’t try to “sell” but rather helped us with our purchase. This was the third place we had been to today trying out mattresses. over the course of several weeks i had gone into the store 4 times. they offered me a suitable mattress at a good price.they told me they could deliver on the date i needed when i tried to pay with a credit card, they could not take it, claiming construction had their system down. when they finally figured out, they could not deliever the mattress as promised, telling me it would take a week beyond the date i needed it. i walked out. i drove a mile up the road to home mattress center. bought a great mattress at a lower price, delivered for half as much, exactly when i need it. i'll be buying 2 more beds in the coming months. guess where i won't be going?

Needed a twin bed for a spare bed room. Walked the store was greeted, shown where the twin mattresses were, 15 minutes later I was out of the door. Mattress delivered 2 days later! Deliver guys were great too fast and clean.
