bedMATCH® is Mattress Warehouse’s patented diagnostic sleep system that does what its competition cannot — it makes scientific recommendations on the best mattress specifically for you. Through advanced technology, the bedMATCH® system uses 18 statistical measurements and thousands of scientific calculations to determine the best mattress for not only your body type but for your sleep preferences and needs.

What if I don’t like my new mattress? What is Mattress Warehouse’s cancellation and return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your original mattress after 30 days of use, contact Mattress Warehouse to begin the process for your one-time comfort You can test out your mattress for up to one year before deciding whether you want to keep your original selection or utilize the comfort exchange program. If you use the Comfort Guarantee program, you will receive a 100 percent credit of the original purchase price to be applied toward the current ticketed price of the replacement mattress. You will be responsible for any difference above and beyond the amount of your credit once you make your mattress exchange. Certain fees apply.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 24 hours with no penalty. If, after 24 hours from the time of your order, products have been shipped, but not yet arrived at your home, Mattress Warehouse reserves the right to assess both a 20 percent restocking fee and any freight charges that were incurred in shipping your order.

Can’t thank Jim enough for all he did to get my order straightened out. He gets a 5+ in my book! I gave an overall 4 stars only because of the mixups with my original order. Once it was discovered that a number of errors had been made with my order, Jim jumped right in and corrected all the problems. He was kind and professional and because of him, I would purchase again from Mattress Warehouse.

We will never step foot in Mattress Warehouse again. Last August, we came in to purchase a new mattress and was told to lie on the “bedmatch” to find the best fit for comfort. It recommended a much softer mattress than what we would have selected on our own. The mattress was delivered last August. After several days, I began to feel discomfort and soreness in my neck, shoulders and back. It’s worth noting that I have only slept on this mattress part of the past few months while spending long weekends in Lewes. In Washington, I sleep on a firmer mattress and have no issue with soreness or discomfort. As the discomfort persists, I contacted the store about exchanging the mattress. I was then told that I would have to exchange it within 100 days and I just missed it. The bill of sale says: “Before executing a comfort exchange, you must use your mattress for 30 days and allow it to properly break in. If after 30 days, you are not satisfied with the comfort of your original selection, simply contacting us to begin the process for your one-time comfort exchange. You will receive 100% credit of original purchase toward the current ticketed price of the replacement mattress.” At no point, the salesperson or the bill of sale mentioned the 100-day window for comfort exchange. When I asked for consideration, Mattress Warehouse sent a representative to inspect the mattress. The representative detected a problem with the mattress in that the right side had sunk considerably lower than the left side. Despite this finding, Mattress Wearhouse declined to honor the comfort exchange warranty. This is not the way to do business and you should know! UPDATE: January 17, 2019 - I replied to your message on Jan.11 (six days ago) with my email and phone numbers. Unfortunately, no one has reached out to me yet.

Great selection and Keith Twyman made it easy to get the perfect new bed and pillows. I keep coming back here for bedding because this place is the best. Hope Keith has a terrific career and will send him whatever business comes along his way as he is a pleasure to know.

Highly recommended! Jim was extremely helpful in not only getting us the best price for our mattress but also in making sure we found a mattress that worked for the two of us. He took a lot of time to make sure we fully understood what we were getting, why, and what the difference was between different mattress. When we told him our price point he did not try to sell us something over what we wanted to spend and led us straight to what matched our range. We will be back next time we are in the market for a mattress.

"We don't know what to tell you" that was the response from the store when reaching out trying to schedule the 4th delivery because they can't deliver during reasonable hours and refuse to let us pick up our mattress. Purchased 10 days ago. Still don't have a bed...

First of all we are Larry and Lou Ann Sullivan, don't know Dave Johnson. Anyway we had the good fortune of working with Keith Twyman as our salesman. He was incredible. Very polite, knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to be sure we found the best bed for us. Kudos to Keith!

We worked with Jim George who was awesome. Their computer led us to a number of beds so we didn’t need to test the entire store. We found a few we liked and narrowed it down. Delivery only gave us 10 minutes notice, only negative but the guys were so efficient and were in and out in a flash so well done! Bottom line, love the bed, love the experience... 5 stars!
