If you are not satisfied with your original mattress after 30 days of use, contact Mattress Warehouse to begin the process for your one-time comfort You can test out your mattress for up to one year before deciding whether you want to keep your original selection or utilize the comfort exchange program. If you use the Comfort Guarantee program, you will receive a 100 percent credit of the original purchase price to be applied toward the current ticketed price of the replacement mattress. You will be responsible for any difference above and beyond the amount of your credit once you make your mattress exchange. Certain fees apply.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 24 hours with no penalty. If, after 24 hours from the time of your order, products have been shipped, but not yet arrived at your home, Mattress Warehouse reserves the right to assess both a 20 percent restocking fee and any freight charges that were incurred in shipping your order.

Richie welcomed my husband, son and myself to the store, he was not pushy, he listened to our needs and delivered. We purchased a King, and Queen Cheswick Manor Hybrid Mattress. Myself & my fiance', Doug, visited Ritchie on Friday really just browsing at mattresses. Ritchie did not pressure us into purchasing anything, we really liked that. We were looking for a firm mattress, we were shown several and we ended up buying a mattress. The mattress was really kind of out of our price range, however, the store offers 0% interest which was awesome that were we able to take advantage of and buy the mattress. Ritchie made it possible for the mattress to be delivered the very next day. Overall we were extremely happy with the service we received at this store and we will be telling our friends and family to visit here in the future. Ritchie was the salesperson who helped me today. He was kind, listened to what I wanted, and did not pressure me into something I didnât want or could not afford. I found my shopping experience pleasant and Ritchie gave me an excellent deal.
My issue isnât the price of the mattress, the quality, or the delivery. My issue is with the dishonesty of the two sales associates working the day I came in, Gary and Kitty. I chose to finance my mattress and was told I could finance it as a loan as I did not want a revolving line of credit by getting a credit card. They âcalledâ the district manager who assured them I could finance as a loan instead of credit card and they in turn gave me their word I would not be getting a credit card. Now, I have an unwanted credit card, and when I called the store and verbally confronted Gary, he placed sole blame on the other associate, Kitty. He aggressively called me sir as he tried to avoid blame and explain to me that I âjust donât understandâ. I requested a call from the district manager, and now that 5 days have passed, Iâve decided to write a review. Avoid mattress warehouse in Middletown at all cost. Telling whatever lie you need to tell to make a sale is underhanded and morally wrong. Thereâs still the possibility of me returning the mattress and receiving a full refund. This way theyâll get a chargeback on their commission. Along with this, Iâll be sending my complaint to the better business bureau as well.
Our salesperson was very nice, and I love our new mattress. That is the only thing they got right. I was told the delivery company would call me between 7 am and 9am to give me a 4 hour window of when they would deliver. I was called at 10:30 saying they would be at my house in 5 minutes! I could not leave work that fast so my roomate went home to receive the bed. They delivered my bed to the wrong address, my old house! Then I had to scramble to find someone to move it to my new house that was 10 minutes away. They said they could not take it to the correct address that day because it was 10 minutes South and they were headed North. Everything I own is in my new house and I had to sleep there, with or without a bed. This was explained to my salesperson. It would have taken them 20 minutes to fix the situation that day. I had to move the bed myeslf and ended up hurting my back. The box spring would not fit up the stairs so I called my salesperson and asked what could be done. He said I could bring the box spring back and get another one if I paid 0! He also said they would not deliver the new box spring and pick up the big one at my house because it would cost him . The entire situation could have been fixed in a day but I as a customer had to waste an entire afternoon fighting with a bed that I paid someone else to move for me. Then I was asked for even more money and to do more work! As a company, they should not be costing me as a customer more time and money, highly dissapointed with the customer service and though I love my bed, I could have bought the same bed somewhere else with less headache.
