Thanks to Amy and Karen for making it easy for me to find a great bed at a great price! After shopping all day, I found myself more confused than when I started. I decided to make one more stop at Mattress Warehouse (across from Wegmans), and Amy actually fitted me for a bed that will support my back by using their Bedmatch. She explained about the sleep studies that have been done and was able to get me to a bed with the right support for me and got me a great deal as well. Amy and Karen helped me get a good quality bed that I know will last AND support me AND still within my budget! I would definitely recommend Mattress Warehouse.
Amy was very helpful in finding my new mattress. I felt like I was informed, but felt no pressure. The measuring thingie was pretty cool as well, it really helped to start with the right beds. Every one she showed me felt good, and we were able to choose a great bed in less than a half hour. I am not a shopper, so I really appreciated getting measured for the bed, which really took the guess work out of the equation.
I was nervous about buying a new bed, as I have multiple health issues and really didn't know what need, or how to choose the right bed. Karen and Amy were great. They fit me for the right bed with a diagnostic machine and were very patient and explained my options, and the difference between the beds on my list. I ended up choosing a Tempurpedic, which turned out to be a godsend for me and my back. Thank you Amy and Karen!

I went to mattress warehouse because I purchased a top-of-the-line Simmons black line Beautyrest luxury pillow top mattress from another company and I hate it!!! The mattress has me sleeping on an incline. Simmons refuses to do anything about it and basically said "it's to be expected." When I questioned them further and reconfirmed that their position is that "customers are to expect to be sleeping at an incline to the point that blood rushes to their head and you're not going to uphold your warranty" â¦ they didn't even respond. Even the person who came out to do the mattress evaluation said it was clear that I am sleeping at an incline. He took photographs and did all of the standard measurements and they still refused to make it right. Until now I had been a lifelong Beautyrest customer. I will now never buy anything from that company again. I met with Karen who is very knowledgeable about the line, extremely knowledgeable about everything in your store, and confirmed that the specific mattress I bought had a lot of warranty issues, which is why mattress warehouse no longer carries the line. We talked about the different things that I could do to remedy the situationâ¦ and After she answered all of my questions and looked at the specs of the mattress I owned, and we talked through the choices I have, I ended up buying The lifestyle king one piece remote platform that allows me to raise both ends of my current mattress to try to counterbalance the problem. Karen went above and beyond to try to help me with my problem. She's very professional, very knowledgeable and worked through all of the pros and cons. Because of her I decided that even if I still hate my mattress, I could then go back to mattress warehouse and purchase a new one and then I have a Good foundation for my new mattress. I am hoping this will allow me to keep my current mattress for the remaining time I have to pay on it. But as soon as it is paid for, because of Karen, I will be going to mattress warehouse to buy a better mattress. I couldn't be more pleased with everything she did to help me research and talk through the pros and cons of the choices I had. I'm very satisfied with my experience. She goes above and beyond, and customer service means everything to me. It is because of her you will now have a lifelong customer.
The team at this Mattress Warehouse store really took the time to understand our needs and desires in a mattress and then offered a fantastic deal on the perfect mattress that was actually in their warehouse as new old stock. I am sure you are thinking a "Mattress store... Really, is it 1984? Amazon will sell me a mattress for 300 dollars in a box shipped right to my house, Why would I need to go talk to a sales person? All they are going to do is up-sell me into a more expensive mattress I don't need." Thus we start my review of my 10/10 experience with Tavia who deserves a raise. I am more or less in sales and enjoy being treated with respect and dignity understanding I am not a buffoon walking through the door that has never heard what a mattress was before. Tavia engaged and greeted us with a firm handshake and welcoming smile right at the door as we walked in, A+ 10/10. We were given a brief sales pitch on the floor before she introduced us to the "calibration machine" that would give us a top pick of the mattresses best suited to our sleep style (myself and my wife). She gave us a run-down of what it was doing and why, very informative and you could tell she understood what she was saying. After our mattresses were picked she guided us to a fairly priced one but definitely not the top of the line. A very respectable move but there was only a sales persons sincerity looking for what would be best for us. After that we were shown the tempur-pedic Adapt line, given a brief overview of cost, quality and of course warranty. There was not a question we had, that she did not have an answer for. After Laying on that mattress we were both fairly confident that was the one, there was some guidance to purchasing that day, but wanting to talk it over and decided if that was the best option we asked if we could return in a few days. She was very generous in informing us of everything we asked and then some, truly going the extra mile in my book. After deciding that it was indeed the best choice for us, we returned two days later. They had the same greeting for us and it was like we were with old friends. We tried a few mattresses we did not the first time, even though they were more expensive there was no pressure on an up-sale in the slightest, a very good trait in any sales person allowing us to decide what would be the best in our comfort and price. The "checkout" process could not have been easier, while Tavia took care of our paper work we had a chance to talk with Fred who I believe to be the manager. Fred was everything a Manager should be not only did he help us decide along with Tavia they seemed natural working together with no effort in helping us decide our purchase. We were given access to a promo to allow our price to the be the best it could be. The pillows we liked while one was in stock the other was at another location 1.2 miles away and before we even suggested we pick it up. They had emailed and called the location to confirm they had stock and told us it would be ready on our arrival. We were not only treated as a customer but after talking with Fred and Tavia it felt as though we were being treated as friends. From a sales perspective there is nothing more to ask of their service. Truly Thank you, Tavia and Fred for a very worth while experience in something I am sure could have been far more stressful if not for your professionalism, knowledge and kindness.
I was very satisfied with the expert help I received in purchasing a mattress and frame. Service was exceptional and delivery was the next day. So if you need a bed asap I recommend mattress warehouse. Over all their knowledge of what your looking for and helping you out was excellent. Price was also within range of what I was looking for. Great place to buy a mattress. Went in on Black Friday weekend to figure out what king size bed we wanted. We knew we wanted another tempur-pedic. Tavia helped us out so much to find the perfect bed. We found the right one and put it on layaway. When there was a sale on Presidents’ Day weekend I called to see if our bed by chance was cheaper. Well it was. Karen the store manager adjusted our bed to the better sale price. Came back in today to order our bed for delivery. A soon as we walked Taria said hello Leslie. Mind you I hadn’t even said my name since back in November. For her to remember my name just shows she really does get to know customers. Will defiantly buy a bed from here again.
Honestly, one of the worst experiences I've ever had as a customer. On 01/27/19, I ordered a new Serta X7 Hybrid, after trying many mattresses. The one delivered was NOTHING like the one in the showroom. I sank almost 6 inches into it. After reporting it, they sent an inspector to check it out. The inspection was a joke. A few minutes to lay a stick across the mattress and measure how deep the depression was. I explained it's new, there is no depression unless you lay on it. Unsurprisingly, I was denied a warranty. So I asked for an exchange, and spent several hundred more on the new mattress. I was told it would be 3 to 5 days to hear back. After 2 weeks, I went back to the store. The manager said she would call the next day and expedite it. I never heard back. I called again the following day, and she was going to call me back that day. I never heard back. After yet another call 2 days later, an employee finally called me back that the mattress would be delivered. I finally got my mattress, 3 weeks after I exchanged it, and 7 weeks after the initial order. The first mattress delivered was extremely uncomfortable, and hurt my back, but I was stuck with it for 7 weeks. I can't see ever coming back to Mattress warehouse, and would recommend for anyone to try their competitors first.I did get a reply from Mattress warehouse and they worked with me to get some satisfaction. Some people in this company do care about a customer being satisfied.

When we asked about shipping costs she indicated she would check to see if any Memorial Day Specials were still going on. Both my wife and I certainly enjoyed working with Megan. :-)

We worked with Tavia at Mattress Warehouse. She was relatively new to the company, but did a great job with the bedMatch process. We tried out two different brands, then two different models of the Tempur-Pedic. Pretty pricey, but we believe it to be worth it. In-Store process was smooth and people were friendly. Delivery arranged (free) and delivered right on time. Delivery men were also very helpful and friendly. 2 nights on the bed and we're still tinkering with the adjustable settings to find the most comfortable position for us. So far so good!
I feel that we were given all the information we needed to make the best educated purchase for us.
Salespeople were patient and gave me as much time as needed to choose the right matress. They were happy to give me all the discounts I was eligible for so I know I got the best price possible.
Went in three weeks ago to price out a twin mattress for my toddler. There were a couple in the back down to me by a floating staff member who said they might be on hold for someone. He took my name and number and was supposed to call me to confirm. The prices were reasonable and aside from not calling back, the staff was helpful and polite.

I was in about a week ago looking to replace my old bed. I had waited way too long to replace it because I really didn't know what to expect, and did some research online and found that they are way more expensive than they were the last time I bought a bed. Amy greeted us and explained the bedmatch system and got me measured for my bed. She took the time to explain how important good support is, and the difference between the expensive mattresses and the lower cost beds. I found a Serta Hybrid that felt really great and was at a reasonable price point. I was able to get my bed within a couple days and felt really confident that I had made the right choice. Amy really put my mind at ease, and gave me a really great deal.

Potentially decent store but AMY needs to brush up on customer service skills. It helps to fully explain all the information an listen to the customer not telling them what they need to buy based on her opinion only. Knowing your product line would help as well. If you want to deal with Mattress warehouse keep this in mind. Decent company but take this sort of thing into consideration.

Worst experience of my life! Made a huge decision to buy a Tempur-pedic. We had it delivered and the smell it produced in our bedroom was unbearable. My 1 year old daughter sleeps in our room too and I didn’t want any of us sleeping in there. We had to camp out in the living room for almost a week. Not something I was expecting after spending thousands on a bed. When we called customer service they told us to try and move the mattress to somewhere more ventilated... umm what?!? Where did they expect me to take it and they are heavy as heck. I finally got them to offer an exchange after weeks of dealing with multiple different people. Meanwhile we returned the unopened pillows because we didn’t want to chance the smell with those too. We returned those in August and I just finally got my money back in January. Almost six months to get my money!!! Ridiculous!!!! After we got our Kingsdown mattress as the exchange it was great... for the first month... after that the center of it was a hole. My boyfriend slept on the couch again because his back couldn’t handle that bed at all. I was told when we did our first exchange we could still do a comfort exchange if necessary. When I called them up they originally told me no. It took me flipping out to even get them to do it. We picked out a mattress and it was about 0 more. I asked if they could help out, even just a few hundred dollars considering what we have gone through and that we had already spent 00+. They told me no. They couldn’t do anything because they were helping me out by even doing the exchange... what?!?! When I was told by the regional manager, Chris, that I still had that comfort exchange available. So their mistake was a favor to me... I will never ever shop here again even if it the last mattress place out there. They are miserable to deal with. They promise things and don’t stand by it. They keep your money from a return for almost six months. They treat you like garbage by blowing you off and not answering or calling you back. I’ve worked in retail for more than eight years and I would never think of treating someone like this. It’s absurd! Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else for a mattress. I will make sure to tell my family, friends and coworkers to never shop here as well.

Came in to the Carlisle Pike location yesterday and am so glad I did. A friend had bragged about the Nectar mattress and the customer service Mattress Warehouse provides. Karen was patient, took her time, and showed me a variety of mattresses that were ideal for my husband and I (even without him there!). Even being apparent I am âyoungâ (early 20âs, perhaps not the normal age demographic customer) Karen and Amy treated me like any other customer with a smile on their face, and went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I received a mattress (and an unexpected adjustable bottom stand we are SO excited for) that was perfect for our needs and budget. Two extremely helpful & lovely ladies alongside a friendly, wonderful store atmosphere.
