If you are not satisfied with your original mattress after 30 days of use, contact Mattress Warehouse to begin the process for your one-time comfort You can test out your mattress for up to one year before deciding whether you want to keep your original selection or utilize the comfort exchange program. If you use the Comfort Guarantee program, you will receive a 100 percent credit of the original purchase price to be applied toward the current ticketed price of the replacement mattress. You will be responsible for any difference above and beyond the amount of your credit once you make your mattress exchange. Certain fees apply.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 24 hours with no penalty. If, after 24 hours from the time of your order, products have been shipped, but not yet arrived at your home, Mattress Warehouse reserves the right to assess both a 20 percent restocking fee and any freight charges that were incurred in shipping your order.

Mattress is ok. I ordered a platform bed with the headboard that doesnât need a box spring but instead they sent me a bed with flimsy four pieces of wood that they called platform bed. The moment you put you head down on the mattress the piece of wood under the bed fell off. They sent me a replacement a regular bed rails with box spring but my grandson really wanted a wanted platform bed.
THIS PLACE DOES NOT KEEP THEIR GUARANTEES!!! Missed an entire day of work to be home for a delivery that never happened. Went to the store on Saturday 9/14 had a great experience trying different mattresses and finally purchased one. That whole process went smoothly and was told the mattress would be delivered Wednesday 9/25. 11 days.... Mattress Warehouse you had 11 days and could not send a notification that the delivery got pushed to Friday 9/27??? All of the paperwork states the delivery was scheduled for Wednesday 9/25. Where ya at Mattress Warehouse?? Cause you are definitely not at my house delivering a mattress!! Now I need to go purchase an air mattress because I have family arriving tomorrow and no where for them to sleep. Whyâs that? Well because mattress warehouse failed to deliver it when they were supposed to. Waiving a delivery fee does not resolve this problem. Please fix your incompetency and total lack of communication. Guess I shouldâve went to Mattress Firm....
The wrong mattress was delivered initially which delayed delivery by about a week. The delivery was again delayed when I asked to switch out the box springs (a comfort exchange). I was told this wouldnât be a problem but it delayed delivery again which I wasnât informed about. Ashli was very helpful in helping to remedy all this and we finally have our correct mattress but I was a little disappointed things kept getting delayed considering the amount of money we are paying for this mattress.
