If you are not satisfied with your original mattress after 30 days of use, contact Mattress Warehouse to begin the process for your one-time comfort You can test out your mattress for up to one year before deciding whether you want to keep your original selection or utilize the comfort exchange program. If you use the Comfort Guarantee program, you will receive a 100 percent credit of the original purchase price to be applied toward the current ticketed price of the replacement mattress. You will be responsible for any difference above and beyond the amount of your credit once you make your mattress exchange. Certain fees apply.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 24 hours with no penalty. If, after 24 hours from the time of your order, products have been shipped, but not yet arrived at your home, Mattress Warehouse reserves the right to assess both a 20 percent restocking fee and any freight charges that were incurred in shipping your order.

If I could give this review 0 stars I would because I had high expectations going in and they were not met at all. I was recommended this store by my aunt and uncle who brought a mattress from here several months ago and they had a fantastic experience. They talked all about how great and nice their sales man was and how he educated them on the different types of mattresses and how he helped them find the right one for them. This was not the experience I had. My aunt had forgot her salespersonâs name but they were able to describe him and when I walked in I was greeted by someone who did not fit the description I was given. This sales person we encountered was pleasant but they took us directly to their bed test system. My aunt had mentioned it and said it really worked as she thought it was bull at first but her salesperson took the time to explain and use the system to match her and my unlceâs body with the right mattress. Again, this was NOT the experience me and my husband had. I let on that my aunt had brought previously from there and give the description of her salesperson only to be informed he wasnât with the company anymore so my husband wanted to go right then but we did our test and we were shown the mattresses on our list and asked how we felt. None of the mattresses we were shown felt comfortable to us. I like one by myself and my husband liked two of the six and my husband can sleep fine on the floor. None of the mattresses we were shown were less than ,000 so thereâs that. I started asking questions as far as what were the differences between the mattresses and why only one felt decent to me and I was given a run around answer about itâs science and it will feel different in the store versus my house. Iâm sorry but if I had 00-00 for a mattress I would not spend it on a mattress I AM NOT able to get the correct feel in the store. THAT IS LUDICROUS. When my questions were being dodged I wanted to leave. My husband was looking around while I was quizzing the salesperson on our bed report and my husband found a mattress he liked for about 0-0 which was in line with what we were looking to spend. We were told that mattress was not the right one for our body but if we liked it we could get it. By this point me and my husband were both a little annoyed by the whole interaction and we decided to politely excuse ourselves from the store. I called my aunt from the car to verify the store because I was certain we went to the wrong mattress store but she said the one next to McDonalds and the off brand grocery store and this store is located next to a McDonalds. I donât know whether my aunt had a better salesman or a better con artist but beware of this store because they will try their best to get you to buy an expensive overpriced mattress in the name of âscienceâ that may not even feel the same way in your house as in the store. SN: We did find a good mattress around the corner from this store at the local Mattress Firm. Rodney was our salesperson and he was very nice helpful and knowledgeable about their products and he helped us find a great comfortable mattress for 9 and we got free pillows and a protector. He was great simply by asking us simple questions about our needs and not trying to sell us on some bed science bull () to get us on ,000-,000 mattresses that make college dorm bunks feel glamorous.
You lost a sale today because when we pulled into the parking lot at 8 pm there was a sign on the door that said âbe right back.â We waited for 15 minutes and no one ever came back. Really frustrated that no one was here during âopenâ hours
