If you are not satisfied with your original mattress after 30 days of use, contact Mattress Warehouse to begin the process for your one-time comfort You can test out your mattress for up to one year before deciding whether you want to keep your original selection or utilize the comfort exchange program. If you use the Comfort Guarantee program, you will receive a 100 percent credit of the original purchase price to be applied toward the current ticketed price of the replacement mattress. You will be responsible for any difference above and beyond the amount of your credit once you make your mattress exchange. Certain fees apply.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so within 24 hours with no penalty. If, after 24 hours from the time of your order, products have been shipped, but not yet arrived at your home, Mattress Warehouse reserves the right to assess both a 20 percent restocking fee and any freight charges that were incurred in shipping your order.

Simply put, donât trust the integrity of this company, as represented by our salesman and itâs delivery personnel. After selecting a mattress and as we were arranging for its purchase, I asked if the delivery folks would also move our existing mattress and box spring to another room in our house. The salesman responded âyesâ. There is no misunderstanding hereâmy Wife heard the same response. When the delivery day came, the men arrived over an hour late (only an annoyance), removed existing mattress and box spring from the bedroom, and brought in the new purchase. They were asked by my wife to move the old set to the bedroom, which they declined after calling their boss. My wife even offered to give them a tip, but they still declined. Since I was a few blocks away, my wife called me, and I rushed home to find the delivery men preparing to leave. I told them if they werenât going to honor the commitment made by the salesman, I wanted them to put everything back and remove the new purchase. The delivery men said âGive me 10 minutes.â A few minutes later I look out front and see that they have driven away. I called the dispatcher who told me that they do not move furniture, and that I had blocked my driveway with my car (I simply pulled in the drive to get to the delivery men as they were about to pull away, and then I pulled into my garage after speaking with them). She then told me that they told their drivers to call 911 if they were accosted by a customer. I assured her I had done no such thing. I stated that I wanted the salesmanâs commitment honored or everything put back and the new purchase removed. She Impolitely refused. The next day my wife called the salesman, he refused to do anything to deal with this issue. Needless to say, we will never recommend Mattress Warehouse to anyone.
Mike at Mattress Warehouse was a fantastic help getting us 2 mattresses. Got us a great deal on Memorial Day weekend. Weâll 100% come back next time we need mattresses and will recommend it to everyone we know.
I purchased 00 worth of mattress and bedding from this specific location, and decided to go with another company after finding a better deal. This companyâs policy is that you can cancel up until your furniture is delivered. I spoke with Mike to have the transaction voided, and he tried to convince me to not cancel, and then hung up on me. That was a week ago. I check my account today, and the transaction is STILL on my account. So, I call Mike again. He tells me that heâs busy with a âton of customersâ and that heâs going to have to call me back. I ask him how do I know that heâs going to cancel the order this time because he didnât the last time, and he then gets loud with me, reiterating that heâs busy with customers. Getting my money was no issue, but refunding my money has taken multiple calls, being hung up on, and being yelled at before being hung up on. This specific location is unprofessional and deceitful. My money has still not been returned. Donât keep customersâ money on your books that theyâve requested you return just to make sales projections.

Unreliable Service. I called about purchasing a foam mattress at 6:20pm on a Thursday. I was informed that this item was in stock. Twenty minutes later (that would be 6:40pm) I showed up at this location to purchase two mattresses. The doors were locked. No one answered the phone. The hours are clearly stated that Mattress Warehouse of Pineville is open until 9:00 pm on a Thursday. If there was an emergency and the store had to close early-put up a sign! As it is, I am sufficiently irritated enough to post a negative review. We will purchase new mattresses at a competitorâs store.
This has been the worst experience Iâve had with a purchase. First the mattress was delivered with stains on, I called and spoke with the Pineville store manager, Mike, & he said he would have one put in 3 days - we made arrangements to stay with elsewhere those 3 days as we were just moving into our new place and didnât really want to sleep on a used mattress... we waited all day for the delivery and nothing came. When I followed up with the store I was told that no exchange was put in the system. The person I spoke to that day said he would do it, but we couldnât get it delivered until 2 more days. My husband and I started work that day so not only were we having to stay at my parents in a different State, now we will be going to work from there too, and having to have someone else be at our apartment for the exchange! But, we needed the mattress so ok. We were then called Thursday and told that the exchange was not approved yet and they could not get it to us for almost another week!!!! At this point I was fuming. I asked for corporates number, I called them and asked for the district managers number to which I left a message. Was never called back! I wrote an email to the company, was never written back. I wrote the FB page to try to get someone to help resolve this mess and was told the customer care team would be in contact... nothing! I called the original store again and spoke to âMikeâ who was the original manager who didnât put the request in in the first place... he said he would get it taken care of. There was a kind guy named Matt who helped and said he would refund us 0 for the inconvenience... but almost 3 weeks later we still donât have any refund. I have called the store and talked to Mike, again, no apology and just said he will take care of it. So I called corporate, who transferred me to the voicemail of the district manager. This company has just given me the run around for a month! It took over 2 weeks to get the replacement from when I purchased the mattress and we are still waiting on a partial refund. I will never use this company again.
